Hierank Business School (HBS) is a private management and computer applications institute in the Institutional Area of Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It was set up in 2006 by Prof. Rajesh Sahay, formerly a director at Amity University, and is managed by the ABR Education Foundation, a non-profit body. The school describes itself as approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) under the Ministry of Education.
The institute offers two postgraduate and two undergraduate programmes. The MBA and MCA are affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, while the BBA and BCA are affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU), Meerut. Teaching leans on case studies, and the school states that one of its own case studies has been featured at IIM Calcutta. It also lists the Dewang Mehta Award for placement excellence and a CRISIL A+ rating among its recognitions.
The campus covers about two acres, is Wi-Fi enabled and sits close to the Sector-63 Metro Station, which makes it reachable from Delhi, Greater Noida and Gurugram. Learning support includes a library, finance simulation labs, industrial visits, guest lectures by industry practitioners, mock interviews and a mentor-mentee scheme. Students are also expected to complete a minimum of 80 hours of skill workshops in areas such as supply chain and logistics, advanced Excel, entrepreneurship, and social media and digital marketing.
Sports and cultural activities form part of campus life, and the placement cell runs a special 'Super 60' batch aimed at Fortune 500 recruiters. Because the campus is in the Noida institutional belt, students have access to a large cluster of corporate offices for internships and live projects.
